Pai Mu Tan, also known as Bai Mu Dan and White Peony is a traditional white tea that is delicate and slightly floral in flavor. Pai Mu Tan is harvested from young tea leaves that have not yet fully bloomed which provides its fresh and milder flavor. Pai Mu Tan is perfect as a hot tea and is well complimented by a small spoonful of honey.

HOT: 1 teaspoon per 8 oz serving. Steep for 3 minutes in 185 F water.
