SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
  • Shipping Insurance:

    • USPS First Class packages do not include shipping insurance.
    • USPS Priority Mail does include shipping insurance for $100 coverage at an increased cost. 
    • UPS packages all include up to $100 in shipping insurance coverage.
    • The customer is responsible for filing a claim if package is lost  or misdelivered by carriers. 
    • If package is lost or misdelivered by carriers, a new order would need to be processed for package to be delivered. Milk-n-Honey Tea Company is not responsible for lost packages once tracking numbers have been assigned and first scan has occurred.
  • Shipping Issues: 

    • Summery: (USPS first class mail DOES NOT include shipping insurance.) If you purchased USPS first class mail, refer to steps 1-2 and notify MnH (Hello@Milknhoneytea.com). Unfortunately, if a USPS order has been lost, we cannot provide a refund or place an insurance claim solution.
    • Step 1. Verify neighbor or local shipping areas do not have your package.
    • Step 2. Reach out to MnH teas within 3 days of no package after it has been marked delivered by carrier or delayed beyond the expected delivery time posted by the carrier. Note that MnH has a time period identified as “processing time” and your order may not be fulfilled same day or next day, please see processing time for details.
    • Step 3. Please DO NOT file a claim, instead reach out to MnH (Hello@Milknhoneytea.com) so we can submit the claim for you. This ensures the claim is for the correct dollar amount. That amount will be the price of the item(s) you purchased and shipping cost. We may also claim the difference for price changes on a replacement order that are more than the original shipping price (examples; next day or second day shipping). Once a claim is submitted, we will verify the shipping method preferred by you and ship a replacement at no cost to you the customer. If you already filed a claim, we will issue a refund for the amount we receive from the carrier on your original lost order. This is not a preferred method since the refund will only be issued for the amount claimed by you the customer.
  • Shipping and Processing Times: 

    • Standard: For orders placed by 2:00pm EST, please allow 1-3 days of processing. Delivery can be expected within 1 to 3 business days following processing. Mon-Fri delivery only. Items may arrive in multiple shipments.
    • UPS 2 Day: For orders placed by 2:00pm EST, please allow 1-3 days of processing. Delivery can be expected within 2 business days following processing. Mon-Fri delivery only. 
    • UPS Overnight: For orders placed by 2:00pm EST, please allow 1-3 days of processing. Delivery can be expected within 1 business days following processing. Mon-Fri delivery only.
